14-day money-back guarantee

• Within 14 days of purchase, write to hello@munchies.app (or reply to your purchase e-mail) and we’ll refund you in full. No long explanations needed — a sentence on what didn’t work helps us improve.
• Card payments are refunded to the original card through Stripe. It usually shows up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• After a refund, please delete the app from your Mac.

After 14 days

If something is broken and we can’t fix it, contact us anyway — we look at every case.

Crypto payments

If you paid with cryptocurrency, refunds are handled manually: tell us the wallet address to return the funds to. We refund the amount in USD value at the time of purchase, minus network fees.
