These terms apply when you buy or use Munchies, a macOS app made by mark3r (“we”). By buying or using Munchies you agree to them.
What you get
- A one-time purchase gives you a personal license to use Munchies on up to 2 Macs that you own or control.
- Your purchase includes all 1.x updates. A future major version may be sold separately.
- No subscription and no account are required.
What you may not do
- Resell, share publicly or redistribute the app or its download link.
- Reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
How the app handles your files
Munchies only looks at the folders you choose. When you feed a monster, files are moved to your Mac’s Trash — the app never deletes files permanently. You are responsible for reviewing what you feed and for emptying the Trash. Please keep backups of important data (for example with Time Machine).
No warranty
Munchies is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will be error-free or fit every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
